RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• What is your return/ exchange policy?
Items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.
Your return must be shipped back with the original packing slip. All garments need to be in original condition. Art of Ringcraft will not accept returns if:
• The item has been worn or washed.
• The item smells of cologne, perfume, smoke, or any other odors.
• The item has visible stains, marks, burns, snags, or any other blemishes.
• There are alterations or modifications of any kind.
• Mini-posters & stickers are removed, altered or damaged.
This will be verified by our distribution center before a refund is issued.
Original shipping and duty charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping and duty charges.
• How do I process a return or exchange?
Please email info@artofringcraft.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). In the email, include your Order Number from the packing list, and list the item(s) you are returning, the styles and sizes you are exchanging for, or let us know if you would like to receive a store credit or refund.
